Return & Refund

RETURN POLICY

We want you to fall in love with your purchase and we continually strive to deliver the highest quality products possible. If for some reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for another style within 30 days of receiving your order.

Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
Merchandise must have all original tags attached.
Except for quality issues, special products Clearance sale are not participating in the return policy. If your order has been paid through Store Credit or Coupon code only, please note that all products will become Final Sale or Clearance Sale and not eligible for return or refund.

RETURNS

The return shipping is free. You can return your product for store credita different product, or a refund to the original payment method. The original shipping cost (if any) is non-refundable, in most cases.

Please note that we do not provide a shipping label on returns.

To return an item please follow the steps below:

Include a copy of the packing slip or confirmation email from your order.
Mail your return to address provided to you via email.
Once your return is received, we will issue your refund.

 

EXCHANGES

Unfortunately, we don't offer exchanges at the moment, but you can place a new order and initiate a return. Your refund will be processed as soon as we receive the returned package.

REFUNDS

The tracking number is required once you send it back. Otherwise, the order will lose the refund service.

Refunds will be processed within approximately 5 to 7 business days after we receive your return.

  • The shipping back charges are non-refundable.
  • Import duties/taxes and customs fees are non-refundable.
  • Except for quality issues, special merchandise does not participate in the return policy.
  • Please note that store credits cannot be redeemed for cash. In addition, if your order is purchased through store credits offered from a previous return, the order is not eligible for free return.

 

PLEASE NOTE

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • The shipping address provided by the customer is incorrect or incomplete, resulting in non-delivery.
  • The courier is unable to contact the recipient due to incorrect or missing contact information, leading to non-delivery.
  • The recipient refuses to accept the package upon delivery.
  • The courier makes several delivery attempts, but the recipient is not available to receive the package.
  • The customer changes their address after the package has been dispatched and fails to notify us in time.
  • The package is stolen after being delivered to the specified address.
  • The recipient does not collect the package from the delivery location or courier office within the stipulated time frame.
  • Delivery to an address with restricted entry (such as gated communities or secured buildings) without proper access arrangements made by the customer.
  • The customer provides confusing or incorrect delivery instructions that lead to misdelivery.
  • The address is in a remote or non-standard delivery area where the courier service has limitations or restrictions.
  • The recipient has moved to a new address but the package was sent to the old address.

These situations are not considered faults on our part. We appreciate your attention to these details and your cooperation in ensuring a smooth and efficient delivery process.
